1. Who is responsible for your data?
CATERING PRISHTINA SH.P.K. is the controller for personal data processed through this website.
- Address
- PRN “Adem Jashari”, Vrellë, 10070 Lipjan, Kosovo
- Contact
- [email protected] · +383 44 600 600
2. Information we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you choose to submit: your name, company, email address and flight requirements or message. Please do not include sensitive personal data that is not needed for your enquiry.
Our hosting and security systems may also record technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested URL and date/time in server logs. These logs help us prevent abuse, troubleshoot the service and keep the website secure.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to a request, prepare a supply plan or take steps requested before entering a business relationship.
- To operate, secure and improve the website and contact service.
- To meet legal, accounting or dispute-resolution obligations where applicable.
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies, these purposes generally rely on pre-contractual steps, legal obligations or our legitimate interests. We will ask for consent where consent is the appropriate legal basis.
4. Contact form and email
Messages submitted through the form are sent to [email protected] so our team can respond. We retain enquiries only as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up and records, normally no longer than 12 months after the last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing business relationship.
5. Cookies and local storage
This website currently has no advertising, analytics or social-media tracking cookies. The site uses only:
- Essential preference storage: a small first-party browser storage entry named
catering_cookie_consent_v1records whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. It is used only to remember your choice and can be cleared in your browser. - Security and delivery technology: our hosting provider may use strictly necessary security or infrastructure cookies to deliver and protect the requested page. These are not used by us for advertising.
There are currently no optional cookies to activate. If we add analytics, marketing or other non-essential technologies, we will update this policy and ask for your affirmative choice before activating them. You can change your choice at any time with the “Cookie settings” control in the footer.
6. Sharing and international transfers
We may share information with service providers that host the website, deliver email or help us protect the service. They may process data only for the agreed service and under appropriate confidentiality and security obligations. We do not sell personal data. If a provider processes data outside Kosovo or the EEA, we will use the safeguards required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to your request, you may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction or objection to processing, and a copy of data you provided. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect processing that happened before it.
Send a request to [email protected]. You may also complain to Kosovo’s Information and Privacy Agency (AIP).
8. Security and updates
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encrypted connections, access controls and abuse prevention. No internet transmission is completely risk-free. We may update this policy when our processing or legal obligations change; the effective date above will show when it was last revised.
